Time for a strong finish for 2011!  I need to sell 2 properties this week and I am almost there.  This will make for a more happy January and February 🙂  The Real Estate market seems to be steady right now.  We need this to keep up for the sake of the economy!

BTW…..I am probably moving to Fort Myers, FL.  The weather will be a wonderful change!  Has anyone been there or recommend a neighborhood to live in/near?  I am very excited and will continue to sell Real Estate in MD and also in FL!
